Grapheine is a graphic design agency specialized in the creation of visual identities. It was founded in Paris in 2002 by five former students of the École Duperré. Their offices are located in Lyon and Paris.
The agency highlights the social role of design and as such its creations, particularly in the field of territorial marks, are cited in some academic work. The company and its managers regularly speak on issues related to design, as well as the issue of patronage of jurisdiction and that of public tenders.
The company was founded in 2002 by Mathias Rabiot, Jérémie Fesson, Nans Grall, Adrien Campagnac and Marius Pannequin, five former students of the Duperré School. From 2002 to 2012, she was a generalist, speaking on a diversity of topics related to graphic design. In 2012, Jérémie Fesson and Mathias Rabiot reoriented the agency around brand design after the departure of the three other partners.
The agency is invited to present its work at the Lure International Meetings in 2018 and at the European Union Publications Office as part of the Design the face of EU event in 2019.
The agency designs logos and visual identities for companies and public institutions such as the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, the cities of Annecy, Pau and Romans-sur-Isère or the Ministry of Culture.
